個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

梁怡富,男,博士。主要研究領(lǐng)域包括:表面熱/光及反應(yīng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)制造、微電子芯片散熱、激光增材制造(3D打印),研究成果已開(kāi)展面向航空航天、5G通訊、消費(fèi)電子及新能源汽車(chē)等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。已發(fā)表高效散熱相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)論文10余篇,其中SCI收錄7篇,以第一作者或者通訊作者在《Applied Thermal Engineering》、《International Communications in Heat and Mass Transfer》、《Optics Express》等期刊上發(fā)表SCI7篇,申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)利12項(xiàng),其中發(fā)明專(zhuān)利授權(quán)3項(xiàng),實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利授權(quán)4項(xiàng)。
