朱思明,男,197612月出生,博士(后),廣東海洋大學(xué)陽(yáng)江校區(qū)食品學(xué)院行政第一負(fù)責(zé)人,華南理工大學(xué)教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,華南理工大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)助理,從事農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色加工、功能性高倍甜味劑、功能性碳水化合物等領(lǐng)域的研究,具體專(zhuān)注于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、水產(chǎn)品如蝦殼等副產(chǎn)物的高附加值利用, 果蔬綠色干燥、調(diào)味料如功能性高倍甜味劑的綠色加工,茶用植物的飲茶和沏茶方法,水產(chǎn)品中毒素的食品安全檢測(cè)新技術(shù)等方向的研究。

先后發(fā)表論文100余篇,其中三大索引收錄論文50來(lái)篇, 論文被引用1300余次,單篇最高被他引54次,WOS網(wǎng)H指數(shù)12;申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)利20余項(xiàng),其中授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利10項(xiàng),授權(quán)實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利1項(xiàng),其中專(zhuān)利轉(zhuǎn)讓3項(xiàng);獲著作權(quán)登記1項(xiàng),參編專(zhuān)著2部;主持國(guó)基、科技部項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)博士后基金等項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng);主持或作為主要完成人完成項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收和成果鑒定8項(xiàng),其中功能性高倍甜味劑、環(huán)保型樹(shù)脂再生新技術(shù)、天然有色糖等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)成果轉(zhuǎn)化; 2010年被評(píng)為兵團(tuán)優(yōu)秀科技特派員,2012年成果高值化糖品綠色加工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及應(yīng)用獲得廣東省科技獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(排名五),2014年作為第二發(fā)明人的專(zhuān)利天然有色糖品的生產(chǎn)方法獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),2016年被評(píng)為新疆優(yōu)秀援疆干部人才(獲立功勛章),20179-20188月獲聘喀什大學(xué)天山學(xué)者講座教授。

迄今培養(yǎng)研究生33名(含在讀),其中博士研究生4名,主講研究生課程《科技論文電腦寫(xiě)作技巧》、《碳水化合物化學(xué)與工程》,以及本科生課程《食品物性學(xué)》、《食品工廠(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)》、《食品分析》、《食品生物技術(shù)》、《食品安全導(dǎo)論》等。
