1979年生,博士后、高級(jí)工程師,現(xiàn)任廣東海洋大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院教師,曾任無(wú)限極(中國(guó))有限公司研發(fā)高級(jí)主任、仙樂(lè)健康科技股份有限公司研發(fā)高級(jí)經(jīng)理、華南協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究院生物活性分子開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新中心副主任。先后主持博士后科學(xué)基金(面上項(xiàng)目和特別資助)、中央高?;究蒲袠I(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)費(fèi)項(xiàng)目、省科技專(zhuān)項(xiàng)和企業(yè)橫向課題等十余項(xiàng)。主講課程為食品化學(xué)、保健食品原理與功能評(píng)價(jià)、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)和食品工廠(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)。在企業(yè)逾20年?duì)I養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充劑及保健食品/功能食品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),擅長(zhǎng)天然活性成分挖掘與產(chǎn)業(yè)化開(kāi)發(fā),已開(kāi)發(fā)上市營(yíng)養(yǎng)保健/功能食品逾六十余款,年銷(xiāo)售額過(guò)百億元,代表性產(chǎn)品有無(wú)限極增健口服液、無(wú)限極源適餐粉/源樂(lè)餐粉、無(wú)限極元泰片、千林檸檬酸鈣片以及維樂(lè)維營(yíng)養(yǎng)軟糖系列、燃小乙體重管理產(chǎn)品、UKDNA銀耳膠原蛋白肽、繡球菌濃縮凍干片等,申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)利20余項(xiàng)(授權(quán)中國(guó)專(zhuān)利18項(xiàng),美國(guó)專(zhuān)利1項(xiàng)),主導(dǎo)開(kāi)發(fā)獲批功能性中草藥保健食品批文10項(xiàng),參編并主持開(kāi)發(fā)兩項(xiàng)功能食品因子多糖檢測(cè)方法入編《保健食品功效成分檢測(cè)方法》書(shū)籍,發(fā)表國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文70余篇。
